“My business relies on Bluebird to do everything. Bluebird has inventory tracking with the ability to serialize items, create containers for receiving in, and assemble products for selling. It has full AP ability to manage vendors and payments, AR functionalities with the ability to track job costing, and added modules that can track dispatch and scheduling. In both AR and AP, you can create recurring invoices.
Employees can use the Time Clock module to clock in and out, and you can run payroll on that data easily. The Payroll module can create W2 documents to upload to the state and federal tax sites. It has so many reports that can be exported as a Word doc or into an Excel file. You can set security passwords for many features, and you can close accounting periods to avoid issues with altering past data. And if you have suggestions or need customizations, like tools to import data from outside sources, the people at Bluebird Software are great to work with.”
